The couple saw each other for the first time in 90 Day Fiancé: In a different way season 5 where Shekinah flew to Turkey to live with Sarper. It was never a permanent move for Shekinah because of her teenage daughter and her Los Angeles-based business. He planned to return to the United States every few months. Meanwhile, Sarper hesitates to move to the United States with Shekinah due to financial concerns and the desire for independenceeven though his K-1 visa was approved.

Sarper asked Shekinah to marry him in Turkey, hoping that she would live with him there instead of moving forward with the K-1 visa. However, it was the way or the highway of Shekinah for Sarper, who immigrated to the United States in August 2024 and, based on the timeline, could now marry Shekinah. Living with the Shekinah causes a lot of trouble for Sarper, who ithe mission is to win over his family and his daughter Sofie and also proves that he is no longer a bad boy (via EW.) If not, Shekinah can leave Sarper and send him back to Istanbul.
Jessica Parsons and Juan David Daza

The mother of two, Jessica from Wyoming, met Juan from Colombia while on vacation on a cruise ship. Jessica went to see Juan with her two sons Love in paradise season 4 to see how they get along. It was a test drive for when their K-1 visas would be approved. Jessica and Juan welcomed their baby in May 2023. In season 11, Juan’s loyalty is tested as Jessica tries to find out if Juan has trading his carefree cruise ship bartending job to a full-time father role in a sleepy town.
Shawn Finch and Alliya de Batista
Los Angeles & Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Shawn, a celebrity hairstylist, had met Alliya online and been together for three years when they filmed Love in paradise season 4. Alliya was chosen male at birth and embraced her feminine side a year and a half into the relationship. Shawn soon realized that Douglas was happier as Alli, but never told her friends and family about him because of their 30 year age difference. Shockingly, Shawn still had to adjust to Alliya’s transformation as he researched the surgery. He has to decide if he will say “I do“to someone who changes before his eyes.
Mahdi & Steve
Tehran, Iran & Hattiesburg, Mississippi
Mahdi is the first Iranian actor to be featured 90 day fiance. She lives in Mississippi with Steve, whom she met while studying English online. Stevi only spent a week with Mahdi before bringing him to the US. Amidst the complicated political climate, Mahdi is also homesick, which makes Steve wonder if he’s really in it for long. The 90 day fiance the trailer for season 11 reveals that Mahdi discovers that Steve is bisexual when he arrives in America, where Stevi hasn’t even told his father anything about Mahdi.
Mark & Me
West Ossipee, New Hampshire and Paris, France
The 25-year age difference between Mark and Mina makes the American family question the intentions of the Parisian woman, even though the couple share a two-year-old daughter. In addition to having to adjust to life in a quiet aviation community in rural New Hampshire, the model has also left her nine-year-old son at home while his passport is processed. He also has to convince Mark’s grown daughter, who thinks Mina had the baby to lock Mark up. However, it seems difficult because Mina calls Jordan a snake and cancels her from the wedding.
Joan & Gregory
Kampala, Uganda & Islip Terrace, New York
Joan and Gregory are the only couple not seen in the trailer. It could mean that they won’t be introduced until later in the season, or that their story isn’t interesting enough. However, the loop makes it seem like the viewers are going to experience a lot of drama from this relationship because it’s about opposites attracting and it looks like it’s headed for disaster. Greg from Long Island met Joan while in Uganda on holiday. Joan is coming to the United States, but she has high expectations for her future husband.
Joan works as a leader of non-governmental organizations and is highly educatedwhile Greg is the complete opposite and has no job. Longing for stability and security, Joan has to live with Greg under her mother’s roof, realizing at the same time that she needs more from the man she is in love with. Greg receives an ultimatum from Joan. He wants her to either get a job or lose him. It will be interesting to see if Greg steps up and lives up to Joan’s expectations before the season ends and he returns to Uganda.
Matt, Amani and Amy
San Diego & Tijuana, Mexico
Coming into the season’s climax, Matt and Amani are a married couple with two daughters who have lived in San Diego and been married for a decade. However, Matt and Amani don’t seem to be happy with the marriage as they want to introduce their third. Amani, a bisexual woman, has explored polyamorous relationships in the past to keep the spark alive in their marriage. Both Amani and Matt fell in love with single mother and dancer Anywho they met in Tijuana, and before the K-1 visa journey begins, they travel to Mexico to meet Anyi’s family and friends.
The 90 day fiance the couple has been in a relationship with Anyi for a year, but they want to make it permanent with a K-1 visa. For that to happen, either Amani or Matt would have to marry anyone by divorcing. It’s a big risk for a couple who haven’t decided yet if they’re making the right decision. It remains to be seen if the first thuple of 90 Day Fiance will survive the season’s end intact.
