The former prince was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office at his home on the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, before being released under investigation.
Before his arrest, Thames Valley Police had been assessing a complaint submitted by the anti-monarchy group Republic over the alleged sharing of confidential material with Jeffrey Epstein.
It was Thames Valley Police who arrested Andrew, but they are not the only police force investigating Epstein-related investigations.

All police investigations into Epstein as Andrew arrested
Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office over his ties to paedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The former prince, who became the first senior royal in modern history to be arrested, is accused of sharing sensitive information with Epstein while serving as the UK’s trade envoy.
Thames Valley Police conducted the arrest yesterday (February 19) and is leading the investigation, but it is not the only force investigating matters linked to Epstein.
Several other forces are looking into information relating to the Epstein files, many of which are due to links to local airports.
None of the actions of the other police forces relates to the arrest of Andrew.
Andrew Mountbatten Windsor has consistently denied any wrongdoing relating to the Epstein files.

Other police investigations are as follows:
- The Met Police have launched a criminal investigation into Peter Mandelson after claims that the former peer and Labour MP passed market-sensitive information to Epstein
- Surrey Police is seeking information on an allegation of human trafficking and sexual assault dating back to the mid-1990s
- Norfolk Constabulary is reviewing Epstein files, but says it has not received specific allegations
- Wiltshire Police, while reviewing its records, has said that it “has not had any allegations at this stage” but is also supporting the Met
- Police Scotland is looking to “speak to anyone with information” about Epstein’s private jet using Edinburgh Airport
- Essex Police is assessing information and examining flight logs and emails referencing Epstein’s private jet using Stansted Airport
- Bedfordshire Police is assessing Epstein’s use of London Luton Airport
- West Midlands Police is assessing Epstein’s use of Birmingham Airport
Why has Andrew been released from custody after his arrest?
Andrew was pictured leaving Aylsham police station in Norfolk yesterday evening (February 19).
Despite his release, Andrew remains under police investigation, and suspects being released after being arrested is normal.
The police and the Crown Prosecution Service can charge Andrew, but only if they believe enough evidence has been gathered.
There is no time limit for when charges can be brought against someone arrested.
A statement released from the police last night (February 19) reads: “Thames Valley Police is able to provide an update in relation to an investigation into the offence of misconduct in public office.
“On Thursday, we arrested a man in his sixties from Norfolk on suspicion of misconduct in public office.
“The arrested man has now been released under investigation.
“We can also confirm that our searches in Norfolk have now concluded.”
Detectives will continue their searches of Andrew’s former home in Berkshire.
Thames Valley Police said it would not be making any further statements at this time.
