Hannah Jiles has undergone a remarkable weight loss transformation after filming Love is blind. The 27-year-old West Virginia native made his reality TV debut on Netflix Love is blind season 7. She participated in pods with 28 other singles from the Washington area to find their soul mates. Hannah tried her luck with several guys during the show. Caught in a love triangle with football player Nick Dorka and art dealer Leo Braudy, she tested the waters to see which way she needed to swim. In the end, he chose Nick and let Leo try his luck with Brittany Wisniewski.

Recently, Hannah appeared in an interview US Weeklywhere she talked about her struggles and what motivated her to lose weight. He said, “I think it’s a lot of um, just like self-esteem and a little revenge.”

He said, “I was 220 pounds before the show, then when we shot I was 175, so I think it was 45 pounds, and then now i’m about 145.” The Love is blind the star also revealed some of the biggest reasons why she gained weight. He said, “I’m one of those people, when I have a lot of anxiety I also eat.” Hannah noted that she often relied on food to cope with stress, which made her feel better.

Hannah also revealed some other reasons for gaining weight during the COVID-19 pandemic. He said, “I like to eat, I like gorging,” admitted that his food addiction made him gain a few pounds. In addition to Hannah’s previous eating habits, her lifestyle also contributed to her sudden weight gain. She recently told the cameras, “I don’t like working out, so that’s been a problem.” Hannah also says that she gained weight, like many others, because of the lockdown.

He said, “I tried Ozempic, I think in the spring, it was like the generic version.” Hannah admitted that her time on the weight loss drug was not without problems. He used the drug for two weeks before coming off it. Hanna added, “Unfortunately for me, it made me too sick.” by adding it Ozempic gave him nausea and stomach upset.

Hannah discussed some of the ways she tried to change her appearance. He said she had liposuction before her reality TV debut. Hannah said she only had the procedure done on her lower back, stomach and neck, which were her main concerns at the time. She also revealed how her face changed dramatically after filming the show.

Hannah shared all the ways she kept her weight off after losing over 70 pounds. She said her transformation began when she reflected on herself during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hannah was unhappy with her weight gain and never did anything to lose it. He added, “I was like losing weight, so I started to like running, which I don’t run.” Hannah also started watching what she ate in addition to exercise. Hanna admitted that she eats healthily and add running to your fitness routine. All these things together helped her lose 45 pounds naturally.

Hannah emphasized that she doesn’t like working out. She no longer runs to stay thin, but engages in other physical activities to maintain her weight. Hannah does Pilates occasionally and only eats when she’s hungry. She mentioned that she uses her OCD to her advantage by cleaning frequently, which prevents her from leading a sedentary lifestyle. Hannah said her new lifestyle change had made her feel much happier. The Love is blind the star maintains her weight loss primarily by paying more attention to her food consumption than before.
