sAme sAme at Noisy Oyster

Brisbane’s modern Thai favourite sAme sAme is landing in London for the first time, taking over Noisy Oyster in Shoreditch. Expect Head Chef Arté Assavakavinvong’s bold, fire-led Thai cooking, pairing big flavours with sharp, refined technique for a two-night-only hit.

SL.UR.P Ramen

RASA Dining is doing a series of pop-ups celebrating soup and noodles from around the world, and first up is SL.UR.P Ramen. It’s all about shoyu ramen, with the bowls including homemade noodles, double pork-chicken clarified broth, chicken oil, shoyu tare, chashu pork belly and miso marinated egg.

Irish Shpice at Moylett’s

Irish pub Moylett’s has recently opened in Clapton and to help you get ready for St Patrick’s Day, Irish Shpice is popping up for four weekends across the end of Feb and start of March, doing “fucking sexy spice bags”.

Solan and Sparrow

Solan, run by chefs Agata and Giorgio, is a combination of their Polish and Italian backgrounds and it’s popping up at Pasero in Tottenham throughout February. Expect dishes like bigos croquettes with apple mostarda; pierogi with boar ragu, mushroom cream, bilberries and pickled walnuts; and white chocolate mousse with blood orange, and porcini.

Heard x Time Collab Menu

Two Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey is doing his first ever guest chef collab at his burger spot Heard, and he’s teaming up with Aji Akokomi of Michelin-starred Akoko to do it. The collab menu will feature West African flavours across a burger, fries and a dessert. There’s The Akoko burger features aged-British beef patty, seasoned with Aji’s special spice blend and topped with tamarind jam, sosu kaani purée, yassa-spiced caramelised onions, goat’s cheese and shallots, with a dibi dipping sauce on the side. You can pair that with kelewele salt and shallot crumb fries and a calabash nutmeg ice cream sandwich made with a white chocolate cookie and guava jam.

Big Plates at The Pocket

Big Plates, the pop-up concept that’s all about bistro cooking and generous portions, is popping up at Islington pub The Pocket every Saturday in March. Expect dishes like mince on focaccia with brûléed egg yolk, butter chicken pie, pork schnitzel and chocolate & stout steamed pudding.

The French Connection at Levan

Peckham spot Levan is getting some of its fave restaurants in France to come over to London for a £59 set lunch menu featuring signature dishes from both spots, before heading over to Bar Levan for a party. First up in the French Connection series is Auberge de Chassignolles from Auvergne, where the kitchen is led by ex-Coombeshead Farm chef Harry Millar.

Rambutan & Cousins With Lee Tiernan

The first Rambutan & Cousins event of 2026 is coming soon and it’s a banger. Lee Tiernan, aka the man behind F.K.A.B.A.M, is heading into the Rambutan kitchen to cook up an experimental menu that riffs on Sri Lankan flavours. We’re talking dishes like quid ink roti with Devon crab mayo, grilled ox heart with Jaffna curry sauce and mutton offal pongal rice with BAM pickles.

Malik Bouzid at Joyau

Formerly of Parisian wine bar L’Orillon, Malik Bouzid is popping up at Forest Gate spot Joyau for its first takeover of 2026. Inspired by Algeria and his mother’s cooking, Malik’s menu will be a celebration of the Med, with lots of bold, sunny flavours.

Dongnae and Camille

Kyu Jeong and Duncan Robertson of Dongnae in Bristol will be joining Elliot Hashtroudi in the Camille kitchen to cook up an ode to offal, with a Korean twist. Expect soondae (blood sausage), jellyfish naengchae, mackerel jorim, gomtang, gopchang and more.
