This summer, the famously unpredictable British weather could be your ticket to a tastier meal – and it’s all thanks to Wahaca. From Monday 16th June and ongoing throughout the summer, the Mexican-inspired restaurant is hosting a new seasonal celebration that recognises every element of summer in the UK – whether it’s pouring rain or sizzling sunshine.
As part of the new Wahaca The Weather activation, customers will be treated to exclusive weather-triggered rewards designed to brighten up even the greyest of days – or to raise a celebratory glass when it’s hot outside.

Rainy day reward: When it rains, guests dining in any Wahaca restaurant can enjoy 50% off a vibrant and nourishing Sunshine Bowl, a fresh and healthy salad dish inspired by the bold, zesty flavours of Mexico.

Cheers to the sun: When the mercury hits 28°C or higher, diners will receive a freshly-shaken margarita* on the house to celebrate the sunshine. Choose from classic, picante, passion fruit or raspberry – and enjoy!

Wahaca The Weather rewards are valid at Wahaca’s restaurants across the UK and will be determined daily based on local weather reports. So whether you’re grabbing lunch during a downpour or heading out for evening cocktails under clear blue skies, Wahaca has got you covered – come rain or shine.

Rain and showers will be slow to clear across England and Wales, especially in Scotland early in the week – so get set for half-price Sunshine Bowls at Wahaca. From mid week, high pressure is expected to dominate much of the UK, bringing hopes of dry and fine weather – and free margaritas all round.
