The year is ending with a string of notable concerts including performances from Billie Eilish and Paul McCartney. Both Grammy-winning artists are integrating their plant-based lifestyles into their sold-out concert experiences, offering fans a unique dining experience along with the performances.
Eilish, who is ending the North American leg of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour with a series of sold out shows at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA, all this week, is bringing a roster of vegan vendors along with her. Los Angeles vegan burger chain Monty’s Good Burger, along with Vurger Guyz, Cinnaholic, and Fresh Brothers will be offering vegan items to concertgoers all week.

The Forum’s concessions will also be going meatless, offering attendees dishes including vegan chicken, Impossible burgers, and vegan hot dogs, as well as vegan treats including mini Cinnaholic cinnamon rolls, brownies, and cookies.
Earlier this year, Eilish promoted more than 100 vegan restaurants located in the host cities of her Hit Me Hard and Soft tour to help her fans find plant-based food options before or after the shows.
Impossible Foods
Eilish, a lifelong vegetarian and now vegan, has leveraged her influence to promote issues including animal rights and environmental sustainability. In 2022, Eilish launched the climate action event Overheated, taking place at The O2 arena in London. The event, which just made its US debut in Atlanta, GA last month, features panel discussions, live performances, and documentary screenings, covering topics such as sustainable fashion, the benefits of a plant-based diet, and greening practices in the music industry.
Paul McCartney brings Linda McCartney Foods to O2 Arena shows
Legendary rock icon Paul McCartney is also bringing vegan food to The O2 arena. Concluding the European leg of his acclaimed Got Back tour, McCartney is spotlighting plant-based options from Linda McCartney Foods, the label started by his late wife and Wings bandmate, Linda McCartney.

The O2 Arena is set to offer a predominantly plant-based menu during these concerts, with a four-to-two ratio of vegetarian to meat options at all food stands. Concertgoers can look forward to dishes such as Linda McCartney’s Best Burger with chips, Korean chicken bites with chips, Vegemince chili nachos, and vegan sausage corndogs with chips. Additionally, the Van on the Run food truck, inspired by McCartney’s Band on the Run album, will be stationed outside the venue, offering free samples of plant-based classics, including Linda’s Best Burger and Mary’s Chili Non-Carne.
Rebecca Fairbairn, Head of Marketing at Hain Celestial Group, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration.

McCartney’s commitment to vegetarianism dates back to 1975, influenced by his late wife, who was a passionate animal rights activist. Together, the couple became pioneers in promoting plant-based diets, with Linda McCartney Foods established in 1991 to offer a range of vegetarian products.
