Opened in 2011, Tao Tao Ju has become a firm Chinatown fave, thanks to its modern approach to Chinese food that’s inspired by traditions of home-style cooking. The restaurant has an extensive dim sum selection, which is all handmade daily by the resident dim sum experts (so nothing is frozen) and is steamed fresh to order.
Now the Tao Tao Ju chefs are letting you in on their secrets with this exclusive dim sum masterclass for our INSIDERS on Weds 11th March. During the session, you’ll learn how to make three different types of dim sum – Xiao Long Bao, Siu Mai and Egg Custard Buns – which will be steamed for you so you can do an all-important taste test. Please note, Tao Tao Ju cannot cater for allergies during this masterclass so the dim sum on offer cannot be changed.
Tickets to the masterclass cost £25 and include the dim sum making session and the dumplings and buns to eat afterwards.
